About Paige

Paige Bennett is a research leader and AI consultant with over a decade of experience building and running high-performing research teams at some of the world's most influential technology companies — including Affirm, Dropbox, and Medium.

Before moving into tech, Paige conducted field research across the Middle East — an experience that shaped her belief that understanding people in their real context is the foundation of everything. That perspective has guided her work ever since.

As Director of Research at Affirm, Paige led a multi-disciplinary research organisation and pioneered AI research workflows that became a model for the industry. She has shared that work as an invited speaker at over 15 global conferences, including the Experience Research Summit, 99u, and the Global Fintech Design Summit.

Paige founded Users First AI to help research teams do what she's spent her career doing: cut through the noise, operate with focus, and dedicate their energy to the big research problems that only skilled, curious humans can solve.
